Starting a Call

1) Starting a new Call

Click the green 'Start New Call' button on the Call Centre dashboard. This will start the call timer and redirect you to call in progress view.

2) Select the Call type

You may choose:

  • General Enquiry

  • Product Enquiry

  • Parts / Accessories Enquiry

Ending a Call

Once you have finished assisting the customer, click on red the 'End Call' button to terminate the call. This will stop the call duration clock.

Call Information

1) Once you have ended a call you will be presented with the Call Summary information and a form to fill in to describe what has happened with the following fields:

  • Describe the reason for the clients call

  • Describe the solution that you provided

  • Describe any issues / Improvement suggestions / data or information needed

  • Reason for escalation (where appropriate)

Please fill in the field with as much information as possible.

2) Once you have finished populating the Call Information, click the red 'Close Call' button to back to the Call Centre dashboard.
