Create New Location

Locations as assigned to a Region and Product types..

Create a new location and associate with Product types.

Under Admin/Regions and Locations select "New Location"

Active: To activate click yes Name: Registered name of Company Region: Select region location associates with Manager: Select from the managers list. If new create a new user. See Users Section Rank: Locations are ranked as Normal Silver and Gold. in the Group scheme set up under Info section a ranking distance can be recorded. eg 50 km's. CWS allocates the work order automatically based on the closest location to the customer based on the product types the location is authorized to service. If a gold or sliver location is further away from the customer but within the rank distance recorded in the group scheme the work order ill be allocated to the gold or Silver regardless they are further away. Xero Excluded :Yes - if your accounting system is XERO and invoiced from CWS through XERO.

Main Contact: Complete the template and select "Confirm Address to align with Google Maps. Inventory Contact: This is where all parts will be delivered to: If the address is the same as basic Accounts Contact: This is the address all accounting is directed to; If it is the same address as Basic "Copy from Main: Logo: The Locations logo can be imported. Financial: The Locations GST Tax Number and Bank account details are recorded to create payment distribution advices.
