Automatic Charges

The automatic charge will automatically add a charge to the workorder when it is being created.

Mode

• Disabled

• Global - The amount comes form the Global Amount input.

• Prod+Brand - The amount comes from adding the charges defined in the associated Products & Brands

• Global+Prod+Brand - The amount comes from adding the Global Amount and the charges defined in the associated Products & Brands.

• Model - The amount comes from the associated Model

Global Amount: Depending on the mode above, this is an amount that can be applied to all. Charge Type: The type of charge to be applied. Charge Description: What you would like the charge to be displayed as. Uneditable: Tick to make the charge uneditable by users.
