Linking Xero
Introduction
CWS can connect to the Xero Accounting package and perform the following operations:
Push Group Scheme Invoices to Xero. Invoices will appear in Xero as an Invoice in the receivable account you select.
Receive Payment notifications from Xero to mark an invoice as paid within CWS. This will automatically add payments to each of the workorders, create a distribution based off the workorder and push the distribution to Xero.
Push Group Scheme Distributions to Xero. Each individual Location's items will appear in Xero as Bills, enabling you to set up an RCTI Process (Recipient Created Tax Invoice).
Once the Xero / CWS connection is set up, you may then assign it to individual Group Schemes. This allows you to use choose your Xero connection on a per group scheme basis.
