Distance Charge
The distance charge will automatically add a charge to the workorder based on the distance between the Customer and the Location.

Mode
Disabled = No Charge will be added for mileage
Enabled = Mileage will be automatically added based on the range
Mileage Ignored
Number of KM that should be ignored before the ranges take effect.
Range Pattern
start = Start of KM Range end = End of KM Range cost = Price
The cost can either be per/km by prefixing with a $ symbol or fixed the entire range by omitting the $ symbol.
Fixed Example
We want the first 0-25 KM to cost $40.
The Range will equal: 0-25:40
Per KM Example
We want the first 0-25 KM to cost $1.50 per/KM.
The range will equal: 0-25:$1.50
Multiple Ranges Example
Multiple ranges may be separated by a comma. Each range can either be fixed or per/km.
If we want the first 25km to be free, then the 26th to the 50th to be $1.50 per/km then, the 51st to 200th to be $200.
The range would equal: 0-25:0,26-50:$1.50,51-75:200
Note: If the ranges overlap the first valid range will be used.
Multiple Ranges with Ignored Example
By ignoring a certain number of KM you can specify a per/km range and have the ignored KMs excluded from the total calculation.
For example, say our distance is 65km and reusing the range above (0-25:0,26-50:$1.50,51-75:200).
Without ignoring anything the total would fall in the 51-75 range and = $200
But if we set the Mileage Ignored to 25km, the total mileage would be 40km (65-25) which would fall within the 26-50km range so it would = $60 ($1.50*40);
