Bonus Charges

Allows a charge to be automatically added should the workorder be closed within the specified range.

Mode

  • Disabled

  • Enabled

Age Mode

  • Complete - All of the days between the start and end will be considered for the age of the workorder

  • Adjusted - Only the days between the start and end which are not exempt from the age calculation as defined in the group scheme.

Ranges Pattern

start = Start Number of days in the Range end = End Number of days in the range bonus = The amount of the bonus charge

Example

We want to apply a bonus to a workorder of $20 if the job was completed within 3 days and a bonus of $5 between 4 and 7 days.

The range would equal: 0-3:20,4-7:5
